The special grouting material for offshore wind power is modified cement-based grouting material, which is developed by using polymer and nanometer reinforcement technology. The product has performance of large fluidity, high early strength, ultra-high strength, ultra durability, no shrinkage and high fatigue resistance.

This product is applicable to the grouting of single pile transition section of offshore wind turbine, jacket foundation of offshore wind turbine and jacket foundation of offshore booster station.

Construction process
1. After the pipe pile is driven offshore and the jacket is installed, the leg of the jacket is sleeved with the pipe pile, and an annular space is formed between the leg and the pipe pile;
2. Block the bottom of the annular space and set a grouting pipeline connecting the annular space;
3. The grouting material slurry is pumped through the grouting pipeline to grout the annular space;
4. After the grouting material is fully filled in the annular space after grouting, stand for a period of time to conduct pressure shield grouting;
5. After the pressure shield grouting, the grouting shall be completed and the curing shall be carried out.
Packaging and storage
Packed in kraft bag, 50kg/bag, pay attention to moisture, and the shelf life is 6 months.
