CBGM high-strength non shrinkage grout

CBGM high-strength non shrinkage grouting material for wind power is mainly used for ultra-high strength cement-based grouting of onshore wind turbine. It is a non shrinkage cement-based grouting. After mixing with water, it produces uniform, flowable and pumpable grouting material with high early strength and final strength. The product has high fatigue resistance. The best cementitious material accumulation model and the grouting material produced under the guidance of cement nanotechnology have excellent technical properties, excellent rheological properties and unique ability to prolong the construction time.


GENERAL

CBGM high-strength non shrinkage grouting material for wind power is mainly used for ultra-high strength cement-based grouting of onshore wind turbine. It is a non shrinkage cement-based grouting. After mixing with water, it produces uniform, flowable and pumpable grouting material with high early strength and final strength. The product has high fatigue resistance. The best cementitious material accumulation model and the grouting material produced under the guidance of cement nanotechnology have excellent technical properties, excellent rheological properties and unique ability to prolong the construction time.

FEATURE

I. Product features

1. Ultra high compressive strength: exceeding the highest grade of EN206, such as C100/115.

2. Ultra high modulus for special hardening properties.

3. Excellent fatigue resistance.

4. The early strength develops rapidly and can be put into use quickly and the temporary support can be removed.

5. At 20 ℃ for 24 hours, ≥ 50MPa.

6. High flow state, no bleeding, anti-rust, ensure consistent final physical performance and prevent blocking of grouting pump.

7. It can be pumped for a long distance and height.

8. It can be pumped or injected into complex areas or areas difficult to access by conventional grouting methods.

II. Scope of application

1. Grouting of wind turbine installations, i.e. installations installed using prestressing technology, such as foundation installation grouting of onshore wind turbines.

2. Equipment requiring excellent fatigue resistance.

3. Grouting is carried out under very harsh conditions, such as temperature as low as - 10 ℃.

4. Anchor the wind turbine tower bolts.

5. 25 mm to 30 mm void filling with high requirements for strength, modulus and ductility.

IV. Construction process

 

1. Install the embedded parts of anchor plate according to the requirements of anchor bolt foundation drawing.

2. Weld the supporting bolts of the lower anchor plate firmly with the corresponding embedded parts, and the height of the welding leg is ≤ 6mm. Adjust the supporting bolts so that the lower anchor plate reaches the design elevation of the drawing, the levelness of the lower anchor plate is ≤ 3mm, and the concentricity between the lower anchor plate and the Foundation Center is ≤ 5.0mm.

3. After the completion of concrete pouring, the top surface of the upper anchor plate shall be in a horizontal plane with an error of no more than 2mm. If the manufacturer has special requirements, it shall be implemented according to the manufacturer's requirements, and the installation error shall be minimized.

4. After the anchor bolt penetrates into the lower anchor plate, all gaskets shall be padded under the lower anchor plate, and the lower nuts shall be tightened to 300N.m . Do not omit. Before pouring the local cushion under the lower anchor plate, the concealed works shall be accepted. After the supervisor's acceptance, the external exposed wire buckle shall not be less than 2 buckles and shall be signed. Pouring can be carried out only after it is confirmed to be qualified (the nuts are not missing and tightened).

5. The concentricity of upper and lower anchor plates shall be ≤ 3mm.

6. During concrete pouring, the anchor bolt assembly shall be mainly protected, and the upper anchor plate and the upper part of the anchor bolt shall be wrapped with plastic cloth or rain cloth to avoid contamination or damage to the upper anchor plate and anchor bolt during concrete pouring.

 

8. The concrete surface contacted by cement-based grouting materials shall be fully roughened. Before grouting, the equipment base plate and concrete foundation surface in contact with grouting materials shall be cleaned without loose gravel, laitance, floating ash, oil stain, wax, etc. The foundation concrete surface shall be fully wetted 24 hours before grouting, and the ponding shall be removed 1 hour before grouting.

9. During secondary grouting, grouting shall be carried out from one side until it overflows from the other side. Grouting shall not be carried out from the opposite sides at the same time. After grouting, it must be carried out continuously and the grouting time must be shortened as much as possible.

10. After the grouting material reaches the design strength, the surface shall be coated with ordinary epoxy coal tar pitch, and the dry film thickness shall not be less than 300um. It shall be implemented in accordance with technical standard for epoxy coal asphalt anticorrosive coating of buried steel pipeline (SY0447-2014).

11. Hoisting construction can be carried out after the foundation concrete strength reaches 100%. The anchor bolt can be tensioned to the design pretension of 926KN, and the over tensioning coefficient is 1.15. The fan can be commissioned for power generation only after the anchor bolt is accepted.

Packaging and storage

Packed in PP bag, 25kg/bag.

Store in a ventilated and dry place and it’s storage period is 3 months.
