Post-grout for assemble concrete tower is consisted of special cement, expansion composition, early strength composition, plasticization composition and other materials. It is characterized by fast strength development, fast flow speed, no shrinkage, anti-corrosion and rust resistance, low water binder ratio, no bottom sinking, easy harmony and strong adhesion. This product is suitable for post tensioned prestressed bridge duct grouting of all kinds of Railways and highways, Duct grouting of large prestressed structures, leakage stopping grouting at various structural joints, curtain grouting, anchor grouting, gap filling or repair, etc.

Scope of application

◆This product is applicable to the construction of post tensioned bonded prestressed concrete duct grouting materials for large-scale projects such as railway, highway, bridge, nuclear power plant, onshore wind turbine assembly concrete tower and so on;

◆Pipeline grouting construction to improve construction speed under low temperature conditions;

◆Pipeline grouting construction at ambient temperature above 10 ℃ without curing;

◆Pipeline grouting construction under appropriate curing conditions and above 20 ℃;

Construction process

◆Weigh components A and B accurately according to the recommended mixing proportion in a clean container, and stir them into uniform color and luster.

◆When less mixing is required, the putty knife can be used to mix directly on the wood or glass plate.

◆When a large amount of glue is required, it is recommended to use mixing machinery to mix and ensure that the edge and bottom of the container are completely mixed evenly.

Packaging and storage

Packed in PP bags, 25kg/bag. Store in a ventilated and dry place and it’s storage period is 3 months.
